I had a chance to go out shooting the streets of Sydney again on the weekend. So, arming myself with only a Canon 70-200mm F2.8L, and a plan of being tourist for the day I found myself walking around Hyde Park, Botanical Gardens and Circular Quay area.
I abandoned my initial plan after a while because I wasn’t feeling very inspired by the usual tourist spots, so I had to go somewhere where tourist buses didn’t stop and no tourist would normally venture. In the end I ended up underground at a place which should be familiar to a few……
The Domain Carpark is the place, and the travelator leading up to it is a pretty interesting place to grab a few shots, so here are a few…

After walking around for a few hours, it was time to go meet with a few friends for TropFest 09, an Internationl Short Film Festival to promote up and coming Film Makers around Australia. Congrats to the 16 finalist, and thanks heaps for a free night of entertainment!!
Got this one last shot for the day….Lounging around after a long days walk made me feel as relaxed as these shoes!!![]()
